An alternative to pepper foam. The gel can be deployed in enclosed areas as well as out of doors. The fine OC particles are suspended in the gel medium.
Advantages:
The gel is much more efficient to deploy in heavy wind conditions.
Greater effective range then the pepper foam even by minus zero Celcius temperatures.
